Who Can Coach? You Can!

Rochester Youth Soccer coaches are volunteers. Most coaches are parents that step forward and volunteer to coach the team their child plays on. If there are not enough coaches, it is possible some teams may not be able to form.

It's important to know that no prior soccer experience is necessary - especially at the younger age groups. YOU can make a difference and insure that our youth have the opportunity to play and have a great soccer experience!

Washington State Youth Soccer Association has created on-line trainings available to those interested in becoming a better coach or just learning the fundamentals. Check out more on our training page.
